CASE STUDY
PTF Strategy Conference.
A two day strategy conference to address adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) in Wales.

The Context
This event was part of the inception of the Early Action Together programme, tackling adverse childhood experiences across Wales. The two day conference brought together police and public service partners to explore organisational challenges and identify practical actions and develop a shared vision for embedding ACE-informed approaches across services.
The sessions covered leadership, governance, workforce development, culture change and service delivery, requiring participants from different organisations and disciplines to build a shared understanding and define their vision for the programme.
The Result
The graphic recordings captured the development of the programme; from understanding of the personal and organisational impacts, risks, establishing a shared vision and planning delivery.
The graphics were displayed at the conference and gave participants insight into parallel sessions as well as providing an immediate overview of proceedings for executives and speakers unable to attend the whole conference.
